| One of the nicest advantages about being human, is discovering the unconditional love of an animal. Animals have a wonderful and uncomplicated way of viewing their world and ours. Most of what I have learned has come from a few four legged “mentors”. They have each taught me about their lives and traditions. Each animal is in our life for a reason, and the saying is true: "they choose us, we don't choose them". People ask me how animal communication works. Although I believe it is essentially the same for all communicators, I think each of us has a little bit different way in which we receive information. But we aren't mind readers. Animals will show me in any way they think I will understand their message. This can be in words, pictures, smells, feelings or pains in my body. Most of the time it's fast, like watching a movie as I see the world through their eyes. I let it unfold as the animal tells me their message or answer to a direct question. An animal has to agree to talk with me (and I've only had a couple that didn’t) and they need to understand who I am and why you have asked me to talk with them. Animals are thrilled to have a voice. They love that someone can convey to their humans what they can't. There are several theories on how this works, but mine is pretty simple. All living things have spirit. Plants, trees, even rocks. I've learned how to tap into these spirits. So for me, communication with a being other than a human is simply from spirit to spirit. I have had five animal mentors (and two humans) who have helped me and are very special to me. Through them, I learned quickly how to communicate with animals and most importantly, how to talk with animals who have crossed into spirit. My site is dedicated to some special animals who have brought me to where I am today. I work mostly with animals who are preparing for their journey back to spirit, or are already in spirit. I also have a blog that I add onto every few days that will help you get to know me and the work I do. Welcome to my world. |
